Weigh In Wednesday

Hey All,

So I finally got myself back in the gym Monday. Which was exciting, and terrible if you get what I’m saying. lol It felt good to start using my legs again running and lifting, even if I’m sore as heck on day 2. I haven’t been tracking my eating habits that much, however, I haven’t been terrible. My weight for some odd reason has gone up this week by about .5lbs. I’m hoping this change is only temporary and to push through this next week. Watch my weight and diet a little bit more. Either way, happy weigh in Wednesday!

Peak Weight: 250.0 lbs

Starting Weight: 247.5 lbs

Current Weight: 237 lbs

Total Weight Loss: 13 lbs
